Objective:
The primary objective of Art & Drawing is to encourage children to express their thoughts, feelings, and imagination through creative exploration. This activity is designed to develop fine motor skills, creativity, confidence, and self-expression while introducing children to a variety of art materials, colors, and techniques. We aim to help children appreciate the beauty of Allah’s creation and recognize creativity as a blessing from Him.
Purpose:
By engaging in open-ended art experiences, children learn to observe the world around them with curiosity and wonder. Through drawing, painting, and crafting, they explore colors, shapes, patterns, and textures inspired by Allah’s creation. Our goal is to nurture creativity, encourage individual expression, and help children develop gratitude for the talents and abilities Allah has blessed them with.
Activities:
During Art & Drawing, children participate in a variety of creative experiences, including:
- Drawing & Coloring: Children use crayons, colored pencils, and markers to create artwork based on different themes and their own imagination.
- Painting Exploration: Children experiment with watercolors, poster paints, finger painting, and various painting tools to explore colors and techniques.
- Craft & Collage Making: Children create simple crafts using paper, fabric, natural materials, recycled items, and other art supplies to strengthen creativity and fine motor skills.
- Nature-Inspired Art: Children observe flowers, leaves, fruits, insects, and other elements of nature before creating artwork inspired by Allah’s beautiful creation.
Outcome:
Art & Drawing provides children with meaningful opportunities to express themselves while developing creativity, confidence, and fine motor skills. They leave each session with a sense of accomplishment, a greater appreciation for beauty in Allah’s creation, and the confidence to share their ideas through art. By making creativity a joyful experience, this activity helps foster a lifelong love for learning, exploration, and self-expression.
