Objective:
The primary objective of Entrepreneurship Day is to introduce children to the basic concepts of creativity, innovation, and business through an engaging, hands-on learning experience. This activity encourages children to think like young entrepreneurs by understanding how ideas can be transformed into products or services that benefit others. We aim to build confidence, communication, and decision-making skills while helping children appreciate the talents and abilities Allah has blessed each individual with.
Purpose:
By participating in Entrepreneurship Day, children learn the value of creativity, teamwork, responsibility, and simple financial concepts such as buying, selling, and making thoughtful choices. The purpose is to inspire children to develop an entrepreneurial mindset while recognizing that the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to create and contribute are blessings from Allah.
Activities:
During Entrepreneurship Day, children participate in a variety of engaging experiences, including:
- Student Market Stalls: Children set up and manage small stalls showcasing handmade items, crafts, snacks, or creative products.
- Buying & Selling: Children take turns as sellers and customers, learning how to exchange goods, communicate politely, and make simple purchasing decisions.
- Product Presentation: Children explain their products, share their ideas, and interact confidently with visitors and classmates.
- Money Awareness: Teachers introduce basic concepts of pricing, earning, and responsible spending through age-appropriate activities.
- Reflection & Discussion: Children discuss what they learned about creativity, teamwork, effort, and helping others through business.
